WE WENT TO GALWAY FOR THE WEEKEND. Which is at the opposite side of the country, directly west of Dublin. It was a load of fun. We stayed in a dorky B'n'B, we were all 'unwed interracial couple', in a strict Catholic house. HA! Aside from that awkwardness, and our poor fish and chips for dinner (they seem to be very bad everywhere in 'rland)...

Um, I've lost track of where I'm going with this: We had a lot of fun. We went on a tour around Galway and into county Clare. That's where Dermo lives! We saw a Castle (we saw 5 really, but this was the best one), The Burren; a barren rocky 200km wasteland, A cool cave, Another megalithic structure (think Stonehenge from 'Spinal Tap'), and most coolily The Cliffs of Moher. The photo doesn't do any sort of justice, they were 5 miles long and really really high! It was awesome. Totally freaking awesome.

Ireland is a gorgeous country, a shame about Dublin.

PS. The west coast of Ireland is the closest I've been to America since I've left. And more specifically the closest I've EVER been to New York. Getting nervous. Excited. And nervous again.
