WHERE'S SHERLOCK HOLMES WHEN YOU NEED HIM?

Someone told me something in Khmer (the language of Cambodia) but she didn't tell me what it meant. I've been trying to find a translator on the interweb for many hours now. It's a fun little puzzle to solve, but still, it's starting to get a bit frustrating. Google offers a service where they translate many languages into English, or vice-versa but not Khmer. It wouldn't really bother me except they have a service that converts any and all web pages to KLINGON! but none to Khmer. Or Yiddish/Hebrew for that matter. KLINGON! That's not even a real language! Ugg....

IESSO

PS. I need one of the following people to help me with this one: Sherlock Holmes, Indiana Jones, Doc Brown or Macguyver. Shirley one of them would be able to translate it for me. I asked about 30 people through Skype, but no such luck.

WARF: Do you think I'm some kind of moron!? I totally tried all those free translator doobies... to no avail... trust me, I tried my ass off! It's Khmer baby, not some language that people use very much, it's like totally a teeny-tiny usage base. Like, duh.

FINK + RALPH: Right on.

she said:

"XXX Jongh ta-arph bohn"

XXX is of course her name, but that remains a closely guarded secret. Except of course everyone who knows me knows her name, so it's not THAT closely guarded....

Speaking of names, who are you anonymous?

The first anonymous is me...u know SAR(s). The second one is not though, could be mini me...(seriously i think it could be!!!)
(its a bit cryptic but it is a different person. if you work it out you win a prize, not really but hey who cares)

from the way you have spelt the words i cant tell you what it means. i think the first two words are:

xxx want to say.

Ummm im not sure what the word bohn is supposed to mean.

(by the way i could be totally wrong, its pretty hard because you cant really write how its supposed to sound)
